3. Proofing and mold opening: Proofing is carried out according to customer requirements, and some products may require mold opening. The mold opening fee is borne by the customer, but if the order quantity reaches a certain number, we can return the corresponding mold fee.

4. Signing a contract and paying a deposit: After both parties confirm the drawings or samples, sign a contract and pay a deposit. The production time starts from the completion of the customized mold.

5. Production and delivery: Produce according to the agreed time to ensure that the product delivery time does not exceed 45 days. During the production process, we will pay close attention to product quality to ensure that we provide customers with satisfactory products.

6. After-sales service: After the product is delivered, we will continue to pay attention to customer needs and provide customers with high-quality after-sales service to ensure that customers have no worries when using the product.

7. Quality protection: Carbon batteries are valid for three years. If there are quality problems caused by non-human factors, unqualified products must be sampled and sent to our company for technical quality analysis. After receiving the unqualified products, an inspection report will be provided within 15 working days, and corresponding compensation will be made or batteries will be provided free of charge based on the conclusions.
