It uses industrial intelligent cameras and visual light sources to detect defects in dry batteries, and uses synchronous signal trigger modules and rejection devices to remove defective dry batteries from the conveying channel. It has high detection accuracy, fast speed and low cost.
1. Using an industrial intelligent camera, it can realize image acquisition, image processing, image output and signal output functions. Only minor changes are needed in the control system of the dry battery production line, which reduces the manufacturing cost of the production line.
2. It has high detection accuracy and can accurately detect each pulp layer paper, thereby ensuring that the dry battery has a high pass rate and quality.
3. It can detect a variety of pulp layer paper defects, including pulp layer paper missing, pulp layer paper too high and pulp layer paper too low, and can also detect pulp layer paper dislocation and pulp layer paper folding angle.
