Development of efficient labeling equipment for 3R12 battery packs

1. Labeling is carried out in an eccentric rotation manner. By setting a reasonable eccentric distance and cooperating with two positioning rods, efficient and high-quality labeling of flat batteries can be achieved.

2. By setting a buffer tray and using its spring force, the buffer tray, battery, and silicone roller are closely fitted, eliminating the possibility of gas being trapped in the label during labeling and causing bubbles on the surface of the finished battery, further improving the labeling quality.

3. The two positioning rods are designed to be adjustable, which can achieve slight adjustment of the eccentric distance, so as to meet the labeling needs of different packaging.
